Invoice Generation

Ledger Xport can generate customized invoices for your customers.

Access to Invoices

1. Click on “Invoices and Customers” on the dashboard
2. Or go to “Exports” > “Invoices and Customers”

Template Selection

Available Templates:

• Template 1: Standard invoice
• Template 2: Invoice with logo
• Template 3: Detailed invoice
• Customized: Customized template

Invoice Configuration

Customer Information:

• All customers: Invoice for all customers
• Specific customer: Select a customer
• Search: Search by name or email

Period:

• Selecting the billing period
• Same interface as manual export

Contents:

• Items sold: Product details
• Amounts: Totals and taxes
• Dates: Billing period

Generation and Downloading

1. Preview: Check the content
2. Generation: Click on “Generate invoice”
3. Download: PDF file downloaded

Exporting Customer Data

Export Configuration

Available Columns:

• Basic Information: Name, email, phone number
• Addresses: Billing and shipping
• History: Number of orders, total amount
• Status: Active customer, inactive customer, VIP customer

Filters:

• Creation date: Customers created within a period
• Status: Active, inactive, all
• Amount: Customers with a minimum amount

Format and Download

• Format: CSV, Excel, JSON
• Encoding: UTF-8 for special characters
• Separator: Semicolon (;) or comma (,)
