Manual Export

Generating an Export

Manual export allows you to generate reports on demand.

Access to the Export Manual

1. Click on “Generate report” on the dashboard
2. Or go to “Exports” > “Manual export”

Selecting the Period

Selection Interface:

• Click on the date field
• A calendar will open
• Select the desired period
• Future dates are not allowed

Predefined Periods:

• This month: From the 1st to the last day of the month
• Last month: The entire previous month
• This quarter: The current quarter
• Current year: From January 1 to today

Types of Data

Select the types of data to export:

📊 Sales (Orders)

• Orders and items sold
• Customer information
• Taxes and discounts
• Dates and references

👥 Customers

• Customer data
• Billing/shipping addresses
• Order history
• Contact information

💰 Refunds

• Refund amounts
• Reasons for refunds
• Processing dates
• Order references

🏛️ Taxes

• Details of taxes collected
• Rates applied
• Amounts per period
• Geographic distribution

Export Configuration

File Format:

• CSV: Compatible with Excel and most software
• Excel (XLSX): Native Excel format with formatting
• JSON: For API integrations
• XML: For ERP systems

Compatible Software:

• Sage: Sage 50, Sage 100, Sage X3
• Cegid: Cegid Y2, Cegid Retail
• EBP: EBP Accounting, EBP Management
• Odoo: Odoo Accounting
• QuickBooks: QuickBooks Online, Desktop
• Others: Complete list available

File Names

File names are generated automatically:

ledgerxport-FRANCE-ventes-20250101-20250131-2025-01-15T10-30-00.csv

Format : ledgerxport-[PAYS]-[TYPE]-[DATE_DEBUT]-[DATE_FIN]-[TIMESTAMP].[EXTENSION]

You can customize the names if necessary.

Generation and Downloading

1. Verification: Check all settings
2. Generation: Click on “Generate and download export”
3. Processing: Wait for generation (a few seconds)
4. Download: The file downloads automatically

Possible Results:

• ✅ Success: File downloaded
• ⚠️ Empty data: No data in the period
• ❌ Error: Technical problem (contact support)
