Configuring an Automatic Export

Scheduled exports allow you to automate report generation.

Creating a Task

1. Access: Click on “Schedule a report.”
2. New task: Click on “Create a new task.”

Basic Configuration

Task Name:

• Descriptive name (e.g., “Monthly sales export”)
• Visible in the task list

Types of Data:

• Same selection as manual export
• You can choose several

Format and Software:

• Desired file format
• Target accounting software

Planning

Available Frequencies:

📅 Daily

• Every day at a set time
• Ideal for high-volume stores

📅 Weekly

• A specific day of the week
• E.g.: Every Monday at 9 a.m.

📅 Monthly

• A specific day of the month
• E.g.: The 1st of every month

📅 Annual

• An annual date
• Example: January 1 of each year

Execution Time:

• Select the time (00:00 to 23:59)
• Consider the configured time zone

Delivery Options

Direct Download:

• File available in history
• Email notification

Send by email:

• File attached to an email
• Multiple email addresses possible

FTP upload :

• Automatic upload to your FTP server
• Required configuration in settings

Task Management

Task List:

• Overview of all tasks
• Status: Active, Paused, Error
• Next execution

Available Shares:

• ✏️ Edit: Change settings
• ⏸️ Pause: Temporarily suspend
• ▶️ Resume: Reactivate a task
• 🗑️ Delete: Permanently delete

Execution History:

• Logs of past executions
• Status: Success, Failure, Empty data
• Download links
