Report Management

Export History

The history allows you to find and download your previous exports.

Access to History

1. Click on “Export history” on the dashboard
2. Or go to “Exports” > “History”

List of Reports

Information Displayed:

• File name: Name of the generated report
• Type: Manual or Scheduled
• Creation date: When the report was generated
• Status: Success, Failure, Empty data
• Actions: Download, View details

Filters and Search

Available Filters:

• Period: Creation date
• Type: Manual, Scheduled, All
• Status: Success, Failure, All
• Format: CSV, Excel, JSON, XML

Search:

• File name: Search by name
• Data type: Sales, Customers, etc.

Actions on Reports

Download:

• Click on the “Download” button.
• The file will download automatically.

Details:

• Click on the file name
• Detailed view of the parameters used

Regeneration:

• For reports with errors
• Click on “Regenerate”
• New processing with the same parameters

Statistics and Metrics

Dashboard

Key Metrics:

• Total exports: Total number of reports generated
• Failed exports: Number of failures
• Customers: Number of customers exported
• Revenue: Total amount of sales exported

Monthly Chart:

• Export trends over 6 months
• Usage trends
• Periods of high activity

Recent Reports

Latest Exports:

• Last 5 reports generated
• Quick access to download
• Real-time status

Planned Exports:

• Upcoming scheduled executions
• Active tasks
• Possible modifications
