Adding Materials

Materials are an additional option that only applies to neon signs. Once created, each material can have its own label, description, preview image, optional popup image and pricing.

Opening the Materials Section

1. Open your neon configuration.
2. Go to Additional options → Materials.
3. Click “Add new Material” to create a new entry.

Label and Description

Start by defining a Label for the material. This label is visible to customers, so make sure it clearly represents what you’re adding (e.g., “Indoor (Free)”, “Outdoor waterproof panel”).

Then add a short Description explaining the characteristics and features of the material (indoor/outdoor use, thickness, protection, etc.).

Pricing (Optional)

If you want the material to affect the price of the sign, you can assign a pricing option:

• A fixed price (e.g., +$20 for “Outdoor waterproof panel”).
• A rule based on your internal pricing structure (multiplier or size-based).
