Custom Options

Custom Additional Options

If you have any other specific option you’d like to make available to your clients, you can create it here. This section lets you define custom options beyond Materials, Jackets, Backboards, Backboard Colors, and Mountings.

Opening the Additional Options Tab

1. Open your Neon configuration.
2. Go to Additional options → Custom Options.
3. Click “Add new additional option”.

Choose an Input Type

After clicking Add new additional option, select the Input Type. Four input types are available:

• Yes / No – displays as two buttons side by side.
• Image Inputs – a row of images customers can select.
• Dropdown – a traditional select list.
• Note – a textarea for special requests.

Pricing on Custom Options

Each custom option can have its own pricing rule: None, Base Price, or Price Multiplier.
